Design and Manufacture Crane Mats

Seward Wyon can design and fabricate any size/capacity outrigger mats for mobile crane use.

To date the largest mats produced have a capacity of 300t per mat, with overall dimensions of 5m x 2.5m.The mats are constructed from welded steel plates in honeycomb format using BS EN 10025 S355 grade materials. Mats are supplied painted to client specifications, with the maximum outrigger loadings clearly marked in weld. Each set of mats is designed specifically for individual cranes, taking into consideration outrigger loadings, ground loads, mat pad sizes etc .Mats can be provided with stacking facility, lifting points, and fork lift truck attachments.
